Jerry Hawker

Jerry joined the NHS in 2005 and held a wide range of executive roles in Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT before joining NHS Eastern Cheshire CCG as its Chief Officer in 2013. Jerry joined Morecambe Bay CCG in 2017 and was also the joint Chief Executive of the Bay Health and Care Partnership.

Prior to joining the NHS, he spent over 15 years in the specialty chemical industry and latterly running his own business consultancy company. He graduated as a Polymer Scientist and holds a corporate MBA from Babson College, USA.

Jerry is a strong advocate for using patients, carers and families’ experiences of the care system as a driver for change and helping to create a culture of continuous improvement through an integrated care system.

Rebecca Malin

Rebecca has previously held a number of system transformation, strategic, business development and digital IT positions across Airedale and Bradford CCGs, Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.

Rebecca’s previous roles have been in collaboration across organisations, system leadership and change, programmes and digital technologies. Prior to joining the NHS, Rebecca had various project and analysis roles in IBM UK Ltd. before heading up the passenger IT team at Virgin Atlantic Airways, responsible for all technology throughout the passenger experience.
